1. Can I connect two external monitors at the same time?
- Yes, the JUD380 supports dual external displays via its HDMI and VGA ports, in addition to your laptop screen—allowing up to three simultaneous displays depending on your system.

2. What resolution and refresh rate do the external displays support?
- Both HDMI and VGA outputs can support resolutions up to 2048 × 1152 at 60 Hz. For Full HD displays, you’ll get 1080p at 60 Hz.

3. Do I need drivers or software to operate the docking station?
- Yes, the JUD380 requires driver installation on both Windows and macOS. On Windows, drivers are typically installed automatically. On macOS, drivers must be manually installed before using the dock.

4. Is Gigabit Ethernet supported?
- Yes, the docking station includes a Gigabit Ethernet port (10/100/1000 Mbps) for fast and reliable wired internet. macOS users must install a driver to use the Ethernet function.

5. How do the docking station’s display modes work?
- The JUD380 supports four display modes:

• Mirror mode: Duplicate your screen on all connected displays

• Extended mode: Expand your desktop across multiple screens

• Primary mode: Use one screen as the main display

• Rotation mode: Rotate the display (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°)—rotation is supported on Windows
